R+D

Flowgate was born as a consequence of the permanent needs of mutual feedback between corporate and academic experiences.

One of the proven ways to innovate is to partner up with academia, to bring unbiased thinking to the project. At Flowgate, a relevant proportion of resources are devoted to internal R+D projects:

• Fastest: the first model-based testing tool implementing the Test Template Framework (TTF).
• Flowx: the first Linux-based Latin American OS with MLS features.
• Development of security and software engineering tools to share with the global security community.

Additionally we keep fluid contact with several R+D groups from all over the world: CIFASIS (Argentina), SecLab (University of California at Davis), Facultad de Informática (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), Laboratorie des Sciences de l'Information et des Systèmes (France), etc.
