He holds a MSc. degree in Computer Science and a Licentiate degree in Mathematics. Since 1998 he is head Professor in Software Engineering at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario (Argentina), and more recently he is researcher at CIFASIS (CONICET-UNR-UPCAM). Maximiliano leads the Software Engineering and R+D departments.

He obtained his MSc. degree in Computer Science (emphasis in security) from the University of California at Davis (USA). He has got an electronic engineering degree from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario (Argentina). He is visiting professor at universities from South America and Europe. He worked as Integration & Security Manager at the logistics base of UN (UNLB). Guillermo has international corporate experience in relevant companies and organizations from Europe, USA and Argentina. He was a Fulbright Scholar. He was a research engineer at the University of Arizona (USA), at the '98 NASA's Neurolab project. Guillermo leads the Information Security and Networking departments.
